EPE foam

It is lightweight, and its density makes it easy to transport and process. At the same time, it has excellent cushioning performance, capable of absorbing over 97% of impact energy, effectively protecting electronics, fragile items, and other goods from damage during transportation and storage.

EPE pearl cotton also has good water and moisture resistance, preventing items from being affected by moisture. It has strong chemical stability, is resistant to acids, alkalis, and oil stains, and can be used in various complex chemical environments. By adding additives such as antistatic agents and flame retardants, it can also possess special properties such as antistatic and flame retardancy. Additionally, it is environmentally friendly and recyclable, non-toxic, and odorless.

In terms of processing, EPE pearl cotton is easy to cut, adhere, laminate, and die-cut, and can be customized into various shapes of sheets, rolls, tubes, or profiles according to requirements. It can also be surface printed to enhance the aesthetics and brand recognition of packaging. Its applications are wide-ranging, covering packaging for electronics, fragile items, food, and other products, as well as industries such as building insulation, automotive interiors, and sound and heat insulation.
